Commissioner (precinct speaker) explained the county had previously approved a similar indemnity agreement for County Road 4319 and that Terracon now seeks to add approximately 0.8 miles (two roads combined) to its bonded route. The court approved the agreement and authorized all necessary signatures, including the county judge’s. Commissioner Richardson made the motion and Commissioner McCam seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
