Glens Falls IDA approves minutes, two months of financial reports and $1,578.99 in bills

Board members voted to approve minutes from the July 10 regular meeting and the Aug. 14 special meeting. The agency also accepted financial reports for the months ending July 31 and Aug. 31; Mark Cooney presented the financial summary and noted the activity in July accounted for the month’s transactions.
The board then approved payment of five bills listed on Schedule A, totaling $1,578.99. Motions to approve the minutes, financial reports and the bills passed by voice votes recorded as "Aye." The board directed staff to post the approved minutes and financial reports to the IDA website.
Board members discussed auditor selection for next year; no auditor was selected at the meeting and staff was asked to determine whether an audit bid process was required.
