Governing body approves personnel action after closed-session under Texas Gov. Code §551.074

The meeting reconvened in open session at 7:50 p.m. to consider possible action on a personnel matter discussed in executive session under Texas Government Code §551.074. Doctor Noyola, speaking for administration, said, "Administration recommends approval on this item as discussed in executive session."

The governing body voted to approve the item on a motion from Mr. Rodriguez, seconded by Mr. Hernandez. The presiding officer also said there was "no action on B, which would be the level 3," and the meeting record shows no student-discipline action and no legal action taken at that time. The body adjourned at 7:52 p.m.
