Council narrows parking on Mangum Street to ensure emergency access

Details: City Manager Lisenby said the designation followed citizen requests and a first-responder evaluation of the street's width. The ordinance will be implemented with signage on Mangum Street; staff said the ordinance is consistent with the city's practice of designating no-parking zones where road geometry creates clearance risks.
The ordinance was approved on second reading with an all-aye vote.
