Council schedules Oct. 15 hearings on Comcast franchise review and community campus roles

The hearings were placed on the calendar so the council and the public can review franchise performance and consider the proposed committee role changes at a formal public hearing.
No public comment was offered on the items during the meeting. The Oct. 15 hearings will be the formal venue for public testimony and any possible ordinance changes.
