Josh Anderson, CEO of HHWP Community Action, and Jamie Baker, HATS director of transportation, told council the agency provided about 78,000 trips last year and anticipates exceeding 80,000 this year. Baker said HATS recorded 1,612 trip denials last year and about 2,800 denials so far this year because the system is at capacity.
