County staff also presented a resolution designating Bernard (Bernie) Petro to sign necessary paperwork for two USDA Water and Waste Disposal projects: the 5 Point pump station improvement project (project number 490) and the New Middletown wastewater treatment plant pump station/force-main improvement project (number 501). A motion to approve resolutions a through h (which included the purchases and the designation) passed on roll call.
