At the Sept. 16 meeting the board acknowledged several resignations and approved chairman—s appointments to county advisory bodies. The clerk read resignations received from Heather Emerick (Fire Advisory Board; effective Aug. 25, 2025), Jennifer Weaver (Saratoga County Ethics Committee), Jay Colomeria (Community Services Board), Ruth Lee (Town of Providence; Office for the Aging Advisory Council), and Roger Dillon (Town of Murrow; Office for the Aging Advisory Council). Each resignation was received and filed by the board. The chair announced appointments including members to the Self Insurance Labor Management Safety Board (appointments through 12/31/2025: Jeremy Allen, William Kitts, Marcus Hansing and Jill Sierzniak); an appointment to the County Agriculture and Farmland Protection Board (Anna Stanco, representing real property tax, term through 09/30/2031, effective 10/01/2025); and an appointment to the Office for the Aging Advisory Council (Susan Wimpel, representing the Town of Providence, term through 12/31/2026). The clerk recorded the appointments and the board adopted them as part of the meeting actions; the resolutions and appointment notices list term expiration dates.
