County announces patch-and-overlay bids for five roads to be funded from TSPLOST

Harris County’s county manager told commissioners on Sept. 16 that the county will seek bids for patchwork and overlays on five roads where pipe work has been completed. The roads listed for bidding are Belfair Drive, Ridgeway Road, Allen Lake Road, Ossahatchee Creek Road and Harold Court. The county manager said the work will be paid from TSPLOST funds. The manager gave the report as an informational item; no motion or vote was recorded on the item during the meeting. Commissioners were informed that bids are being put out and that the work will follow completed pipe repairs.
