City staff to cost out AV upgrades and follow up on Center Creek Park and football field repairs

On Center Creek Park Road, staff said much of the rock needed for repairs is already in stock and has already been paid for, reducing immediate cost concerns. Staff also reported that a football-field perimeter fence had been completed; officials said that fence repair is associated with an insurance claim and the city expects reimbursement.
The city's strategic planning effort was mentioned; staff said a strategic-plan session likely would be scheduled in about 6 to 8 weeks.
