Board of Contract and Supply opens bids, approves change orders for Albany South Community Center

The Board of Contract and Supply opened bids for several city maintenance contracts, authorized advertising for additional work, accepted the lowest qualified bidder for a generator contract and approved multiple change orders for the Albany South Community Center at its Sept. 16 meeting.
