City introduces Cecilia Bagnoli as new planner; starts part time, moving to full time

Staff noted that Bagnoli is currently completing a work commitment with an organization called Rare and can give the city two days per week while she wraps up other obligations. City staff said the intention is for Bagnoli to transition to full time “over a period of the next couple months, maybe faster depending upon what the federal government does with the Rare program.” Staff also said Bagnoli will be gradually leaned on for routine planning work and will eventually serve as the commission’s meeting secretary.
Commissioners welcomed Bagnoli; she attended remotely for the meeting.
