The city clerk recorded a roll call of 9 affirmative votes, 0 negative votes and 1 council member absent, and the ordinance was adopted. Staff said recording the SSA will allow necessary assessments or financing mechanisms tied to electrical infrastructure to be put in place as described in the enabling ordinance.
No amendments or conditions to the ordinance were added at the meeting. City staff will continue ministerial steps to record and implement the SSA consistent with the previously approved PUD and final plat actions referenced in the ordinance background materials.
