Agent reports five administrative wetland permits; 317 Park Street work completed

New Canaan — Town land-use staff reported that five administrative inland wetlands permits were processed since the commission’s last meeting. Kathleen Holland told commissioners that 317 Park Street has completed its permitted work and the permit has been closed, while 310 Grinney Road, 54 Rocky Brook Road and two other addresses are at various stages of review or not yet started.
Holland summarized: several new applications arrived in August and permit activity is ongoing. "317 Park Street has actually started and already completed, that activity, and we've already actually closed that permit," she said. Holland said 54 Rocky Brook Road and one other project had not started construction yet; 311 South Bald Hill recently received approval and will involve renovation work and pools.
