Trustees asked when the village might receive funds and whether any settlement proceeds would be restricted. Eileen said she could not provide a timeline and would ask the village attorney for an update on expected timing and any restrictions on how funds must be used; she said she would prepare a staff report for the next board meeting with that information.
A motion to approve Resolution 2025‑14 (Purdue Direct Opioid Settlement participation) carried on a roll‑call vote.
