At the close of the Sept. 15 meeting the Unit 40 Board moved into closed session to discuss specified topics: appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees; collective-negotiating matters and salary schedules; setting price or lease terms for district property; and student disciplinary cases.
Andrew moved to enter closed session; Dasha seconded. The board approved the motion by roll call and adjourned to closed session for the listed purposes.
