Council and staff seek to ‘reimagine’ RCTC partnership as college-run facilities face repair and usage questions

Administrator Zelms and Deputy Administrator Aaron Parrish presented a detailed history of the city’s partnership with Rochester Community and Technical College (RCTC), summarizing past investments, current operating arrangements and capital needs for the stadium, field house, performance courts and the seasonal dome.
