The board voted to reaffirm the cease-and-desist. Brooke Moore made the motion to reaffirm the order and the board recorded unanimous aye votes. Board members also agreed to give the operator one more opportunity to appear and present testimony and evidence; the broader enforcement matters were continued to the board’s Oct. 20 meeting so the operator can respond and so staff can coordinate any necessary notices to the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission if formal suspension is later proposed.
