Gina Sagan, Director of Business Review Finance in Human Services, told the board the transfer is an accounting solution in Workday to allow the county to use funds approved in a 2025 decision package. She said the change is intended to “access this more efficiently” and to enable payment of designated items including payroll and physician payments.
