The amendment the committee agreed to circulate reads in part, as read aloud to the group: “An ethics review board shall be established to receive and review complaints of violations of the Clallam County code of ethics by elected county officials. The board shall consist of one citizen from each district appointed by the mayor of the city in that commissioner district. Members shall serve without compensation.
