City Treasurer Jamie Malai presented the fiscal items in the Sept. 15 meeting and asked the council to approve bills and payroll. The council moved, seconded and approved a list of bills “issued through 09/16/2025 in the amount of $1,000,016.129 dollars and 50¢” as read into the record. The meeting minutes show a roll-call vote approving the bills.

Treasurer Malai also reported regular and overtime payroll from Aug. 25, 2025, through Sept. 7, 2025, in the amount of $286,528.96; she did not present additional budget detail during the meeting. Council approved the bills list on motion and roll call.

The approvals authorize payment of listed invoices and payroll as recorded in the city financials; the transcript reflects the numbers as stated at the meeting. Any further budget questions were not raised on the public record at this meeting.
