During the meeting the council addressed several zoning ordinances and, in each case, either held the item to the next meeting or referred it to the planning commission for review.
Ordinance 25-28, which would change a parcel from single-family residence (RH) to multifamily residence (MFR), was held and referred to the planning commission. Ordinance 25-29, which would change a parcel generally described as 2205 Cherry Valley Road from CSI (Church School Institutional) to GB (General Business), was referred to the planning commission. Ordinance 25-30, concerning a parcel described as 60 Prospect Street, was referred to the planning commission. Ordinance 25-31, addressing 274 North Seager Street (from LC to MFR), was also referred to the planning commission.
