Grand County's finance director presented the weekly vouchers Thursday, listing a batch total and several large single payments and asking the board to approve disbursement.

Lena Bell told the Board of County Commissioners the week's batch of vouchers totaled $2,066,243.21 and that the clerk and recorder was disbursing $817,287 of August collections to other local governments. She identified several single payments: $100,152 to Blackwell Oil for bulk fuel; $957,841 to Big Valley for construction progress on EMS Station 1; $33,006,603 to Ideal Manufacturing for a new gate at Granby Airport; and $15,803 to High West Heating and Cooling for a boiler replacement at the public health office.

A commissioner moved to approve the vouchers for payment on Wednesday, Sept. 17. The board voted in favor during the meeting and the vouchers were approved for payment as presented.
