Parma council recognizes Donna Smallwood Activity Center’s 60th anniversary and honors local volunteers

Council also recognized Christie (Christy) Younger as September’s Citizen of the Month for founding the "Doctor B's Buddies" program, which supplies canine kits (leash and toy) for patrol vehicles; council praised her grassroots fundraising through an Amazon wish list and her countywide outreach. In addition, Breads and Beyond Bakery received a proclamation marking its 30th anniversary in Parma.
