Parma council approves purchases of service and police vehicles using state bid pricing

Both measures had prior readings and were advanced on third reading and adopted by roll-call vote. Council members cast unanimous votes in favor of the purchases. The police vehicle ordinance listed a purchase reference of "RS 1,024,953" in the ordinance title; council did not discuss alternatives during the meeting and treated the measures as routine procurements under state contract pricing.
