Parma to accept $1.5 million in principal-forgiveness WPCLF funds for septic-abatement project

City Engineer Patel explained the WPCLF principal-forgiveness award is similar to a grant and does not require repayment of the $1.5 million principal; the ordinance authorizes the mayor to accept and execute the agreement should the funding be awarded. Council approved the ordinance on a roll-call vote.
