Village grants zoning relief for massage therapy business at Wilke Road office complex

The Village Board on Sept. 15 approved a land‑use variation request that will allow a licensed massage therapist to operate in Unit F of the Enterprise Office Complex at 3125 North Wilke Road.

Katrina Stasuk, a licensed massage therapist with more than 20 years of clinical experience, described an integrative therapeutic technique she intends to offer and said her practice will be by appointment only with hours generally between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. Staff noted the unit is about 1,300 square feet and that the complex currently has a parking shortfall across multiple units; the petitioner will be the sole employee initially.
