The Brentwood Board of Aldermen approved Resolution 1563 on Sept. 15, authorizing a development agreement with Quattro Brentwood Do LLC for an approximately 12,000-square-foot KinderCare learning center on the north side of Manchester Road. The board voted 7-0 to approve the resolution. The agreement as presented includes a request for a sales-tax exemption on construction materials; city staff said the developer estimated that exemption would save about $135,000.
