The Temple Run Conservation Commission reopened, then continued, two agenda items during its Sept. 15 meeting because applicants had not supplied requested supplemental documentation.
The first item (identified in the record as O 07:10 for work at Patekridge Road, case/reference 20720.8) concerns construction of a driveway crossing wetlands and installation of a septic system within a wetland buffer zone. The commission voted to reopen the public hearing and then, after noting no new information, moved to continue the hearing to the next meeting so outstanding materials can be provided. Commissioners Joanne, George and Dave voted yes on both the motion to reopen and the motion to continue.
The second item was a Certificate of Compliance request for 1076 Kingfield Trail (case 304-0375, Lot 4). The commission reopened the topic, but staff reported they had not received the supplemental documentation the commission had requested. The commission voted to continue that matter to the next meeting. Commissioners recorded affirmative votes from Joanne, Dave and George on both the reopening and the continuation motions.
Both continuations were made without additional conditions recorded; they were continued for the applicants to provide the documentation the commission had requested earlier. The commission scheduled the next meeting for Oct. 20, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., when both items will appear on the agenda for further consideration.
