New Carlisle council approves columbarium pricing, presale and related rules

The New Carlisle City Council voted unanimously to fix prices and related rules for a columbarium the city has ordered for the New Carlisle Cemetery, including a limited presale and weekend surcharges, council members said during a working-session discussion.
