Consultants from JL Planning + Development (JLPD) and city staff described the project as a strategic database and narrative that will identify community priorities, implementation status, gaps and opportunities to coordinate future investments.
City Manager Avilovich opened remarks and said the project is the result of months of coordinated work with seven partner agencies. Carrie Fugate, the city's climate justice and engagement manager, told the council, "People want to know what the city has done with their feedback," and framed the deliverable as a transparency and accountability tool to show what has been completed, what remains in progress and whether priorities have changed.
