Council moved to adopt the ordinance following a roll call recorded as: Short — yes; Carbone — no; Kaminski — yes; Kosick — no; Clark — yes; Roth — no; Spring — yes. The motion to adopt was made by Councilman Carbone and seconded by Councilman Kaminski.
