Warren Lignell, the nominee, told the committee he has about 20 years of experience in the private sector and the last decade in director-level roles reviewing contracts and shaping project policies. “I will look at the opportunities where we can do that training,” Lignell said, describing plans to use outreach, email campaigns and social media to raise public awareness about title, escrow and insurance risks.
