Sullivan Thornton and running back Jaylen Mack were the primary playmakers for Liberty in the victory.
Liberty opened the scoring on a 12-yard touchdown pass from Thornton to Caleb Orcutt, then extended the lead on a 49-yard scoring play to Mack (a short pass that became a long run) and a 4-yard quarterback run by Thornton.
