The SR‑100 Corridor Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) budget was considered and approved as part of the City of Palm Coast meeting on Sept. 5. Council members voted unanimously to adopt a resolution approving the SR‑100 CRA tentative budget for fiscal year 2025–2026 in the amount of $3,336,344 and to amend the fiscal year 2024–2025 budget. Council then adjourned the CRA board and reconvened as city council.
Gwen Ragsdale presented the CRA figures as part of the overall budget review; staff reported an estimated FY2025 CRA budget of $3,567,315 and the proposed FY2026 total of $3,336,344. The motion to adopt the CRA tentative budget passed unanimously with votes recorded as Vice Mayor Pontieri yes; Councilmember Gambarra yes; Councilmember Miller yes; Councilmember Sullivan yes; Mayor Norris yes.
The council did not request additional public comment when the CRA resolution was offered and adopted. Staff indicated that detailed CRA budget materials were reviewed at earlier budget workshops and are available on the city’s website.
Formal action: council adopted the SR‑100 Corridor CRA tentative budget and amended the FY2025 budget by unanimous vote; the CRA tentative budget will proceed to required public notice and to final adoption at the city’s Sept. 24 public hearing if needed.
