The School City of Mishawaka Board of School Trustees approved a multi‑item consent agenda Sept. 10 that included bill warrants and payroll, staffing agreements, donations and other routine matters.

The agenda listed bill warrants and payroll totaling $6,683,750.68 to be drawn from appropriate funds; the board approved the payment. The board also approved a five‑year staffing agreement with St. Joe Regional Medical Center (SJRMC) for athletic trainer services covering 2025–2030, an MOU with the Boys & Girls Club of Northern Indiana corridor for employment of Monte Anderson, approval of donations, overnight field trips and other routine financial and operational reports.

Other consent items included approval of minutes from prior meetings, bank reconciliation reports and the Form 9 financial report for Jan. 1–June 30, 2025; the board moved, seconded and approved the full consent agenda by voice vote.
