Council approves alcohol licenses for Nori Sushi and Grill at 836 West Johnson St.

The Fond du Lac City Council approved class B fermented malt and class C wine licenses on Sept. 10, 2025, for Nori Fond du Lac LLC, doing business as Nori Sushi and Grill at 836 West Johnson Street. The application lists Wen Kai Wang as the proposed agent.
City Clerk Miss Hefter told the council that background checks were completed on the officers and the proposed agent and that the city’s alcohol license committee recommended approval. "City staff and the alcohol license committee recommend approval," Miss Hefter said.
Mr. Mullins moved to approve the licenses; Mr. Godfrey seconded the motion. The council voted unanimously to grant the licenses.
