The committee also approved amended meeting minutes from July 16. The secretary described a clarifying edit to two lines about the newsletter and oral‑history kickoff; the committee approved the amended minutes by a recorded vote of 5‑0.
The committee will proceed with standing leadership and carry forward the agenda items under the newly confirmed officers.
