The City of Dickinson Planning and Zoning Commission on Sept. 10 recommended approval of FLP-008-2025, the final minor subdivision plat for Prairie Creek Third Edition, a replat of Lot 1A and Block 2 of Prairie Creek First Edition. Natalie Burczyk, city planner, said the property is in the northwest quarter of Section 33, Township 140 North, Range 96 West, and measures roughly 5.35 acres (Burczyk later described it as 5.37 acres). According to the applicant, the purpose is to divide the parcel into three smaller lots to facilitate sale and redevelopment; staff reported no public comments. The commission opened and closed a public hearing with no speakers and approved a motion recommending the final minor plat as meeting Dickinson Municipal Code requirements and in the interest of public health, safety and welfare. The motion carried by voice vote. Staff will proceed with administrative steps to record the plat following standard signoffs.
