The committee said the Germany application had not arrived in its usual consolidated format (technical issues with a Google form) and the district will do a second read at the next meeting to allow parents and committee members time to review. The Spain exchange was described as similar to past, regularly approved trips; staff will place that on the next meeting agenda for a vote.
- Robotics trip (University of Maine, Orono): The committee agreed to suspend the committee's normal notice rule and voted to approve the robotics team trip in October to qualify for a regional competition.
