The amendment, moved and seconded during the meeting and approved after debate, adds consultant resources for finalizing the supplemental environmental impact statement (SEIS), additional stakeholder outreach, affordable-housing viability analysis and a 3-D visual model of a buildout scenario. Community Development Director David Pyle told the council the amendment would bring total project spending to about $728,000 and that the final SEIS was targeted for release around Sept. 12.
