Metz also recommended release of $13,904.40 currently held in retainage to E and B Paving LLC.
A board member moved to approve Pay Estimate No. 2 on project E2402-1EE; another board member seconded the motion. The presiding official called the vote; the board answered "Aye," and the motion carried.
