Measure P tranche launched; district finishes roofs, schedules HVAC upgrades and district office modernization

Belmont Redwood Shores School District staff told trustees on Sept. 11 that tranche 1 of Measure P (approved by voters in November 2024) has been issued and work begun on several facilities projects. Chief Business Official Reese Matsumoto said the district issued tranche 1 for an initial set of projects and that roofing work at Cipriani, Nesbitt and Sandpiper was finished in summer 2025.
