President Spinelli presented the resolution and the council moved, seconded and adopted the resolution by recorded votes of Council member English, Council member Gomez and President Spinelli (3 ayes). During discussion Council members offered well wishes for Castellano’s retirement; no amendments or conditions to the resolution were recorded.
