Council approves engineering agreement for ADA transition plan; public-works director outlines scope

The council approved Resolution 25-40 to enter into a professional-services agreement with TWM Consulting Engineering to prepare an ADA transition plan for the city. The public-works director described the scope: a citywide survey to identify target areas for detailed analysis, evaluation of public buildings and parks and an approach to prioritize projects on a “worst-first” basis.
