Board appoints Marcy McDuffie to library committee, reappoints Carl Kostelweg to JABA advisory council

Staff noted remaining vacancies on several advisory bodies, including an alternate seat on the Board of Zoning Appeals, a South District library seat, a landowner seat on the Agricultural and Forestal District Advisory Committee, and the Thomas Jefferson Area Community Criminal Justice Board seat.
