Chamber job fair draws more than 370 job seekers, organizer says

Presque Valley — A representative of the Chamber reported that a job fair held in partnership with Yavapai College and the Chamber at the Findley Toyota Center drew more than 370 job seekers and 52 businesses.
Steve Bercetti told the council the event produced immediate results for at least one attendee who had been out of the workforce for years and "got a job offer" at the end of the day. The speaker said Councilmember Kiel attended the event and thanked the council for the support.
The remarks were given during the call-to-the-public portion of the meeting as a community update; no formal town action followed.
