Parks staff: five of six participatory-budget projects complete; Antioch soccer field to open next month

Henley described the parks planning and facilities development team as responsible for both planning and construction and said completing nearly all of the participatory-budget slate this summer "is a great accomplishment." The commission's director said the projects demonstrate community requests being delivered by the city and encouraged continued participatory-budget opportunities in the future.
Commissioners did not take action related to the update; the remarks were part of the "other business" section and were presented as an informational report.
