The highways presentation noted the matter was before the board for authorization of design engineering services and appropriation of MFT funds to cover the supplement. A board member clarified the amount during the meeting, saying, “the amount for that is $6,000 just so everyone knows.” The board approved the supplement on a roll-call vote.
