"Our comp plan rewrite that we had sent to the state was deemed null and void, pursuant to Senate Bill 180," a DRC staff member said. The staff member said the state identified 12 policies and three other items as potentially burdensome and asked the city to remove or modify those provisions before resubmitting the plan.
